About ROC STEADY
ROC Steady is a scientifically-applied , mixed modality workout program, designed to re-innovate traditional steady state training within a group setting into a functional total body class. This refresh of aerobic methodology will keep participants motivated and engaged to achieve cardiovascular results without the monotony of one-dimensional aerobic activity.
ROC stands for ‘Rep Out Conditioning”, the umbrella training technique of this program. The goal of ROC Steady is to sustain an “aerobic zone,’ target heart rate range (60-85% of max HR), after warm-up while performing a variety of cardio and conditioning training moves for over 70% of the total workout. The proprietary feature of this program is the use of a ‘Heart Rate Holder.”
